Tiffani Sproul heads Lincoln Cares, the corporate social responsibility platform of Lincoln Strategy Group. Lincoln Cares believes in the fundamental obligation to aid the society-at-large, particularly, local children and needy families. Lincoln uses its expertise and relationships to make a positive impact with four non-profits: New Empowerment Refugees (NER), Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (SARRC), Saint Vincent de Paul, and Cortney’s Place.
Tiffani has been a longtime advocate for refugees who’ve suffered enormous tragedies. As her passion for refugees turned into a calling, she was asked in 2015 to sit on the board of the small but growing non-profit, New Empowerment for Refugees. They provide services to refugees to promote self-sufficiency and successful integration into American society. NER believes that change is possible and can happen against all odds. As of 2019, NER has raised $40,000+ in contributions, helped nearly 70 refugees learn English, and assisted 40 refugees find jobs.
In her spare time, you’ll find Tiffani actively volunteering at her triplet children’s high school and coordinating the many activities in managing a household. She’s married to Nathan Sproul, Founder and Managing Director of Lincoln Strategy Group.
